When you submit the “Request a demo” form we collect the details you provide: your full name, job title, work email address, company name, your stakeholder segment, and any optional message. We do not collect payment information, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and arrange the demo you requested. Your work email is also used to send you a confirmation of your request. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Demo requests are transmitted using EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service that acts as our processor to route the form submission to our inbox and send your confirmation. The data you submit passes through EmailJS solely for that delivery. No advertising or analytics trackers are used to process this form.

How long we keep it

We retain demo-request details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting conversation, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact, after which the information is deleted unless you have become a customer and a longer contractual retention applies.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for its use, at any time. To make a request, email emcnoreplynotifications@gmail.com and we will action it within the timeframes required by applicable law.
